TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For registrations made on or before April 24, 2024, payment must be received by 9:00am on April 25, 2024. Admission will not be granted to the Summit until the account is paid in full. After 9:00am on April 25, 2024, unpaid registrations will be re-invoiced at the on-site registration rate. New on-site registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration (credit cards or checks only).

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Transfers must be completed by April 19, 2024. Please contact summit@aztransfer.com to transfer a registration.

CHECK PAYMENT POLICY
All check payment registrations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy regardless of payment status. Once registered, the check payment is due on or before 9:00am on April 25, 2024.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
We accept credit cards and checks for registration fees. Credit card payments can be made online at the time of registration.
