How to Remove a Zoom Participant
This can be done in two different ways– from the Participants List window or from the Gallery View. Below are instructions for both methods. Click images to enlarge.
METHOD ONE: FROM THE PARTICIPANT LIST VIEW
1. Open window
2. Hover over the name of person who needs to be removed. Two blue buttons should appear. Click on the down arrow on the “More” button.
3. A pop-up menu will appear. Select “Put in waiting room,” or “Remove” or “Report” as applicable.
METHOD TWO: FROM THE GALLERY VIEW
1. Hover over top right corner of the person’s window in the gallery until a blue button with the “…” icon appears.
2. Click on the “…” button. A pop-up menu will appear. Choose “Put in Waiting Room”, “Remove”, or “Report” as applicable.
