2026 TRAINING WORKBOOK

WORK MODE III: University Alignment and Dual Enrollment

1. REVIEW ATF PREFIXES AND CCM FOR YOUR ASSIGNED ATF MEETINGS

Highlight non-aligned transfer values between the three universities.  Go through CCM courses and all prefixes linked from the dashboard on a course-by-course basis. Prepare to facilitate discussions at the ATF meeting.  If one or two universities gives a direct equivalency, and the remaining university/ universities gives elective credit or no credit, why?  This is something that needs to be reconciled.

2. BEGIN DUAL ENROLLMENT AUDIT FOR YOUR INSTITUTION

  1. Research the specifics of the Dual Enrollment process for your institution.
    1. How do you manage DE information?
    2. What is the DE framework on your campus?
    3. Who performs the role of “Dual Enrollment Coordinator” for your campus?
    4. Who should your contact be in your IR office?
    5. When does your IR office start their reporting that they sent to us in January? (Might be described as something like the “45th day of classes,” etc.)
    6. What is your deadline to get DE updates to the “DE Coordinator” to meet IR’s workflow?
  2. Run High School Dual Enrollment Report. Review DE data for your institution and highlight all inaccuracies and inconsistencies that need to be addressed. Escalate the information to the responsible party within your institution.
