Participant Instructions
The AZTransfer Summit is finally here! We are pleased you'll be joining us for a day and a half dedicated to recognizing the outstanding work being done to support higher education in Arizona. 

Please take a moment to review the participant information below. The location and schedule are new for 2016 so make sure to check all the details.

Summit Participant Check-In & Event Schedule
Check-in takes place inside the conference center lobby on Thursday, April 21 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  Check-in will resume on Friday, April 22 at 7:30am and will be relocated to the Summit Solutions Table outside the Wassaja Ballroom.

Hotel Check-In
If you are staying at the WeKoPa hotel, check-in is at 4:00pm. Early check-in may be available.

Dress & Attire
Dress code is business casual.  There will be a professional event photographer on site so dress your best! Conference rooms can be chilly, so we suggest dressing in layers or bringing an extra sweater.  


Welcome Reception
Summit participants are invited to join us for the Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 21 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Courtyard. Hors d'oeuvres are provided and a cash bar is available.


20th Anniversary Gala
As a reminder, pre-registration is required for the 20th Anniversary Gala. You can add the Gala to your registration through close of business on Tuesday, April 19. Please email us for assistance if you'd like to attend the Gala.

If you are already registered for the Gala, a separate email will be sent to you with information.
