About the Award
Arizona's successful transfer system is made possible by dedicated faculty, staff, and administrators from its public postsecondary institutions. AZTransfer will recognize one of these transfer heroes with the AZTransfer Advocate Award.

Please take a few minutes to
nominate a person or program making a difference and advancing transfer in Arizona.

The award recipient will be honored at the 
AZTransfer Summit April 12-13, 2018.

Nomination Details
• Anyone from an Arizona public postsecondary institution is eligible for nomination.
• Transfer programs at Arizona public postsecondary institutions are also eligible for nomination.
• You may submit multiple nominations.
• Read our

Nomination Form
The nomination form contains the following questions:

1. Describe how this individual or program has demonstrated advocacy to transfer students and initiatives in Arizona’s public community and tribal colleges and universities.

2. Provide specific examples demonstrating this individual’s or program’s contribution to simplify the transfer process for college students in Arizona.

3. Explain the impact that this individual or program has had within your college, your community, and/or the state.

4. Include a brief biography of the individual or program you are nominating.
