Policy Statement:

Resolved: That the GEATF affirms that changes to general education proposed by Arizona's public institutions of higher education should:

Consider transfer articulation, including equivalencies and general education applicability,
Involve the GEATF early enough in the planning process to provide meaningful input into the development of the changes, being sensitive to implementation timelines, and
Include a proposed implementation date.
