The Common Course Matrices (CCMs):  These grids show the common courses for majors shared by at least two universities. Common courses are the appropriate preparation for the bachelor’s degrees   listed at the top of each matrix.  Common courses may be a required course, a prerequisite, or an elective, and are embedded in the Major Guides, which are one of the primary advising tools for students who know their major but are undecided about what university to attend.  These grids are useful to advisors who can see, at a glance, the applicable courses at all the tribal and community colleges as well as the university common courses.

The Policies and Updates page includes not only the policies regarding the AGEC, but also various practices and policies on different components of aztransfer and the statewide articulation systems.

Use the Degrees and Pathways query engine to find a particular major, degree, and/or institution to determine the particular requirements that will allow students to transfer community college coursework to the public university program for the most efficient and effective manner.

The AAATF (Academic Advising Articulation Task Force) is a statewide group of advisors with representatives from each of the state public and tribal institutions who discuss advising issues related to transfer.  This link will also take you to additional links to the membership database and the meeting calendar which includes notes of previous meetings.

The TSOs (Transfer Student Ombudspersons) constitute  another statewide group; they work together to resolve transfer problems.  This link will take you to the membership database where you can find all the TSOs in the state.
